Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development within the real estate sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients and partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the real estate sector.

- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends and opportunities in Asian and European market

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels around the world

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
